When my existing unit gave up I rang a couple of companies before I contacted Cool Runnings and Kirk gave me his time and advice regarding my issue and what I could do to try and repair it myself. Sadly the system was too old and now discontinued so parts were unavailable. I was happy after the 1st conversation that he knew what he was doing and decided to have my old system replaced. Kirk and his engineer were very knowledgeable about our quite complicated set up. They tested the box, and whilst another company had said we needed a new one and tried to charge us a huge amount, Kirk explained the system just needed a clean and some settings adjusted. He was incredibly honest and fair. They serviced the unit for us and it's worked great since. Professional and friendly and good value. I highly reccomend them.

I paid for a repair and service of my MVHR, which turned into a slightly bigger job when it was discovered that the connections hadn't been installed properly. They didn't charge extra for the additional work and provided excellent service, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the MVHR's performance. The owner and engineer were really friendly and shared valuable tips for better maintaining the unit in the future. Their pricing is very competitive—I doubt you’ll find a better value for similar services!

Kirk attended to assist with some issues I was experiencing with my ventilation system due to a bad installation by the developers of the property.
